This is going to be a real wow factor Christmas cake! A carved Santa sat in a structured rocking chair (that is beautifully balanced to gently rock.) 
 
I am running this as two kinds of class: 
 
FACE TO FACE CLASS: 
on the 1st of December in my Nottingham studio ( NG2 6HF)  9am-6pm
In class you will learn how to carve in fruit cake and model the arms, legs and face in marzipan before covering and detailing. 
Your Santa will sit in the lovely rocking chair which will have been assembled and covered in advance (so we have more time for Santa.) 
All of the matertials and equipment will be provided on the day, including a hot lunch and hot and cold refreshments throughout the day. 
 
LIVE AND INTERACTIVE ZOOM CLASS :
 14th of December 11am-5pm
You can either make along with me via Zoom, watch live through the private Facebook group OR watch / make on catch up as the videos are yours forever. 
For the zoom class - kit is to be purchased separately .
