This class accompanies our January Cake-Along. This class is open for those who are part of the January Cake-Along ONLY. If you have not purchased a £10 ticket for the Cake-Along, your order will be cancelled and refunded for this class. It runs on Saturday, 11th January from 9:30am to 6:00pm at Dinkydoodle HQ (NG2 6HF).
In this class, we'll be making not one, but TWO cakes. We'll focus on how to make best use of your time, making two cakes at the same time. We'll be making the mini champagne bucket and the mini hat box with Lindor roses.
You have two options to sign up for this class. Please read the descriptions carefully to choose which option is best for you...
Option 1: £25 ticket. This includes refreshments and a light lunch (soup and rolls - choice of soups will be available, one will be a vegetarian option.) **
For OPTION 1 - you must bring all of your own cake supplies (cake, sugar paste, ganache, kit, etc.) A full supplies list will be provided by email once you've booked onto the course. Dawn will have equipment available for you to use (knives, rolling pin, some moulds, etc.)
If you do not have the kit for the champagne bucket or the mini hat box, you may pre-order one in advance. We need at least 2 days advanced notice of this, so please order before 9th January to allow us time to cut your kit. It must be paid for in full when you order.
Option 2: £75 ticket. With this option, Dawn will provide everything you need for the day (cake, ganache, kit, equipment, etc.) This option also comes with refreshments and a light lunch (soup and rolls.) **

** Please note: We cannot accommodate for food allergies, so please bring your own food if you have food allergies. Let us know in advance if you are bringing your own lunch, so we can plan accordingly.
