This useful little jug is great for heating isomalt in the microwave. The heat resistant silicone can easily withstand the melting temperature of isomalt, and the pouring spout will allow you to accurately pour the melted liquid into moulds etc. Caution isomalt is incredibly hot when melted, protective gloves must be worn when handling the jug and it’s contents.
