I describe it as an Inimitable place, to learn, gain confidence and be supported by like minded cake friends. Whether you are just starting your cake journey, or are a seasoned cake decorator, this unique space has something for everyone. But in reality is it OH SO MUCH MORE than that.

NEW FOR 2025 Monthly "Cake-a-long" where we all focus on a particular project/theme and make a cake(s) to make within that theme. there will be live sessions, where we make it together ( online) an a opportunity to come to Dinkydoodle HQ to make it with me. This is great cake " practice" if your a hobby baker, or even better for a small business who wants to create amazing cakes to gain more orders. ( you will be further supported by how to promote/ market your cake to get cake orders from it) ​

“The Academy Members made the Wedding cake of my dreams”
I had originally asked Dawn for a 1-2-1, face to face class to help make my own wedding cake.
Unfortunately, when the time came I was unwell and was unable to travel. Instead of leaving me without a cake, Dawn opened her studio up to the Academy members who gave their time freely to make my wedding cake, based on my colour theme and ideas. One of the members even transported my cake from Nottingham to Essex
